- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and simmer until thickened.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice and drizzle with the thickened sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
