- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter and water to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For a stronger matcha flavor, increase the matcha powder.
