Description

Deliciously chewy and rich brownies made with matcha and white chocolate, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and water to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
