- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the potatoes for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- While the potatoes are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak bites until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and top with cooked steak, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and bacon bits.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
