Description

A delicious and hearty dish combining steak bites, baked potatoes, and all the classic loaded toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak bites until browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and top with cooked steak, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and bacon bits.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
