A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese, combining the flavors of hot honey, pepperoni, and pizza.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 10 slices of pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon of hot honey
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add cheese, pepperoni, and drizzle hot honey on top.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot honey to taste.
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
