- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle and spread a portion of the chicken mixture on it, then roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled lasagna in the baking dish seam-side down. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
