Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious and creamy twist on traditional lasagna, featuring tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and flavorful garlic butter, all rolled up in lasagna noodles.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Take a lasagna noodle and spread a portion of the chicken mixture on it, then roll it up tightly.
  7. Place the rolled lasagna in the baking dish seam-side down. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  8. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
