- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1 cup of chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of chocolate chip cookie dough at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the croissant dough around the cookie dough, starting from the wide end.
- Place the croissant bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add more chocolate chips to the cookie dough.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
