Description

Delicious croissant bombs filled with chocolate chip cookie dough, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of croissant dough
  • 1 cup of chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of chocolate chip cookie dough at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the croissant dough around the cookie dough, starting from the wide end.
  5. Place the croissant bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
