Description

Cajun Shrimp Alfredo Garlic Bread Boats are a delicious and indulgent dish featuring succulent shrimp in a creamy Alfredo sauce, served in crispy garlic bread halves.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides to create boats.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  4. Add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
