- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the center.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on the inside of the bread.
- Fill the hollowed-out bread with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
- For a creamier texture, add more cream cheese.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
