Description

Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Garlic Bread is a delicious and indulgent dish that combines the flavors of spicy buffalo chicken with cheesy garlic bread, making it a perfect appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the center.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture on the inside of the bread.
  5. Fill the hollowed-out bread with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with green onions.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
  • For a creamier texture, add more cream cheese.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
