Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, brown butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in pancake batter.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the batter before flipping.
  7. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  8. For the icing, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the icing over the pancakes before serving.
