Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Spread a tablespoon of Biscoff cookie butter on each slice.
- Roll the bread tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip each roll into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from skillet and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
