- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In serving glasses, layer the chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
