Description

A rich and creamy vegan chocolate mousse made with avocado and cocoa, layered with fresh raspberries, perfect for a romantic Valentine’s Day dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
