Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with the tofu scramble mixture.
- Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
