Description

A rich and creamy vegan chocolate mousse made with ripe avocados, cocoa powder, and a hint of vanilla sea salt, perfect for a healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup.
  4. Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with cacao nibs and a pinch of sea salt.
