- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cocoa mixture until well combined.
- If using, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and fold them into the mousse.
- Divide the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and garnish as desired.
