Ingredients

- 8 oz dairy-free dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dairy-free dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and sea salt over the melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store the chocolate bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute pistachios with other nuts or dried fruits.
