  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the bell peppers and snap peas, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything together until well combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
