- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
- Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and brush with more garlic butter. Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster to keep it tender.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
- This dish pairs well with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
