Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
  3. Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the lobster tails and brush with more garlic butter. Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcook the lobster to keep it tender.
  • Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
