Instructions
- Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.

- Add the mashed bananas to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Gradually add cold water to the mixture until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the fritters and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
