- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, oregano, and basil.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
