Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, oregano, and basil.
  5. Pour the balsamic mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
