Description

A delicious and easy recipe for slow cooker garlic butter chicken thighs served with tender potatoes, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
