- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the garlic butter mixture for a few hours before cooking.
