Description

A delicious and healthy meal featuring salmon, rice, and fresh cucumbers, all roasted together on a sheet pan and drizzled with sesame sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan and brush with the sesame mixture.
  4. Add the cooked rice around the salmon on the sheet pan.
  5. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with sliced cucumbers and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking.
