- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey breast
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the turkey slices on one slice of bread.
- Add the avocado slices on top of the turkey.
- Place the crispy bacon on top of the avocado.
- Add the cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
