- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan and pour the marinade over them.
- Top the salmon with parsley, cilantro, lemon, and orange slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
