Description

A flavorful and healthy dish featuring salmon seasoned with cumin, citrus, and fresh herbs, perfect for Ramadan.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Top the salmon with parsley, cilantro, lemon, and orange slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
