Description

Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate is a delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of pistachios and chocolate with the crispy texture of kunafa.


Ingredients

  • 200g kunafa pastry
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 150g pistachios, finely chopped
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the kunafa pastry until well coated.
  3. Spread half of the kunafa mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Pour the milk mixture over the kunafa layer in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and dark chocolate over the milk-soaked kunafa.
  7. Top with the remaining kunafa mixture and press down gently.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.
