Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate is a delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of pistachios and chocolate with the crispy texture of kunafa.

- 200g kunafa pastry
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 150g pistachios, finely chopped
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g sugar
- 200ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the kunafa pastry until well coated.
- Spread half of the kunafa mixture in a greased baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the milk mixture over the kunafa layer in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and dark chocolate over the milk-soaked kunafa.
- Top with the remaining kunafa mixture and press down gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
- Adjust the amount of sugar based on your sweetness preference.
- Serve warm for the best texture.
