Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pistachio paste
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and pistachio paste until fully combined.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then drizzle melted chocolate on top.
  7. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over the chocolate layer.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
