Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
