- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add orzo and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender, about 10 minutes.
