- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in the heavy cream, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
