A delicious and easy-to-make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion.

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Additional Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use double stuffed Oreos.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
