- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce to the skillet with the ground beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the cooked spaghetti, followed by half of the meat sauce, and half of the cottage cheese mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti, meat sauce, and cottage cheese mixture.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
