- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until pale and fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Gently fold in the flour, salt, and rose water until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and dust with powdered sugar.
