- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute.
- Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes to the skillet, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine cooked rice with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Assemble the burrito bowls by layering the cilantro lime rice, followed by the beef mixture.
- Garnish with additional cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
