- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the kunafa pastry until well coated.
- Spread half of the kunafa mixture in a greased baking dish to form the base.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the kunafa base.
- Top with the remaining kunafa mixture, pressing down gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving, and garnish with crushed pistachios.
