Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread (preferably Korean milk bread)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, sugar, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread diagonally without cutting all the way through, creating pockets for the filling.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously into the pockets of the bread.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and spread it over the top of the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
