- 1 loaf of bread (preferably Korean milk bread)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, sugar, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice the loaf of bread diagonally without cutting all the way through, creating pockets for the filling.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture generously into the pockets of the bread.
- In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and spread it over the top of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 10 minutes to get a crispy top.
