- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- For the cauliflower mash, steam the chopped cauliflower until tender.
- In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, butter, cream cheese, and chicken broth, blending until smooth.
- Serve the creamy garlic parmesan chicken over the cauliflower mash.

- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
