- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Lay the lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the lettuce leaves tightly to form wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
