Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
- Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Once set, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
