- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the garlic mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve the turkey meatloaf with a generous scoop of garlic mashed potatoes.

- For added flavor, consider adding chopped vegetables to the meatloaf mixture.
