Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- In a glass or bowl, layer the Greek yogurt, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
- Sprinkle chia seeds over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Top with granola if using, and serve immediately.
