Description

A healthy and delicious slow cooker turkey chili packed with high protein and beans, perfect for a nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the ground turkey, black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, corn, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, stir well and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper.
  • This chili can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • It can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
