Description

A light and healthy version of the classic Caesar salad featuring grilled chicken and a flavorful dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup light Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
