Description

A quick and easy recipe for healthy air fryer chicken breast infused with lemon, herbs, and garlic, perfect for a delicious dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
