- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
