- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and ground ginger, stirring to combine.
- Mix in the cooked lo mein noodles and toss everything together until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
