Description

A luxurious and indulgent chocolate bar recipe inspired by the flavors of Dubai, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 50g white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (dates, apricots)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate into a lined baking tray.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and dried fruits evenly over the chocolate.
  5. Melt the milk chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the milk chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
