- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
- 1/4 cup dried fruits (dates, apricots)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate into a lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts and dried fruits evenly over the chocolate.
- Melt the milk chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the milk chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!

- Feel free to customize the nuts and dried fruits to your preference.
- Store the chocolate bars in an airtight container in a cool place.
- For a more intense flavor, use high-quality chocolate.
