Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, lime zest, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes
- For a sweeter popsicle, adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup to taste.
