Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package instructions, adding eggs, water, and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Once baked, let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
  7. In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and ground cinnamon, then pour it over the cake, ensuring it fills the holes.
  8. In another bowl, beat together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  9. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
