Description

Ingredients

  • Kunafa dough – 250g
  • Unsalted butter – 100g, melted
  • Dark chocolate – 200g, chopped
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Pistachios – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the kunafa dough with melted butter until well coated.
  3. Spread half of the kunafa mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate with milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the first layer of kunafa.
  6. Top with the remaining kunafa mixture, pressing down gently.
