- 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat dry.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken livers and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine the cooked livers, chicken broth, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mousse to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
