- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the chicken mixture.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by a layer of the chicken mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, remaining chicken mixture, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat Alfredo sauce.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
