Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and salt to create the sauce.
  2. Coat the shrimp in cornstarch until fully covered.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels.
  6. Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions if desired.
