- 200g pasta of your choice
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is soft.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Once the feta and tomatoes are done, remove from the oven and mash them together with a fork.
- Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix well to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
