Description

Baked Feta Pasta is a simple yet delicious dish that combines baked feta cheese with pasta and fresh vegetables for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g pasta of your choice
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is soft.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Once the feta and tomatoes are done, remove from the oven and mash them together with a fork.
